nb. An additional estimated cash amount ( working capital - will vary ) to to carry my overheads for the first month or two eg:

nEFFORT:
nThe structure is designed in such a way that the administrative component is watered down to such an extend that the FRANCHISEE need to spend minimum time on admin but still have full and effective control on his/her investment.
nThe primary function of each outlet is to coordinate the application process since contact has been made with the potential student / learner up to the point where the physical course starts. SA BODYGUARD INSTITUTE has a main training centre based in Gauteng where training are standardised.
nMarketing are part of the Franchisee’s responsibility, the FRANCHISEE will be bound by contract to contribute a percentage to a marketing trust account which automatically grants him / her the right to serve on the marketing committee.
nA FRANCHISEE may use his/her outlet as a base to engage in any form of placements/ close protection contracts, provided the FRANCHISEE has been found competent by HQ and has a valid license do so, also will the FRANCHISEE be bound by contract to exclusively use SA BODYGUARD trained close protection operatives.
